I changed my mind about a product, can I return it?
Of course, if you change your mind, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by informing the seller directly within 14 days of delivery of the goods. You can enter the request directly from your order details by clicking on Request Return.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, i.e., natural persons acting for purposes outside of their business or professional activity.

How can I track my order shipment?
You can track the shipment of your order by going to the order details on your account page .
My order has shipped but the estimated delivery date has passed. What can I do?
If the expected delivery date has passed and the product has not been delivered, you can check the shipment tracking by accessing the order details.
Please wait 1-2 business days before contacting us, as the courier may experience a slight delay.
If you experience any major delays, please contact us via live chat to check the status of your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until it ships.
Go to your order details and click Cancel.
If you already paid for your order online, we will refund the amount (minus transaction fees) within the timeframe set by your credit card provider.
If you have already received the product, you can return it by clicking Request Refund in your order details.
What should I do if I forget my login details?
If you have forgotten your PASSWORD: for security reasons it is not possible to recover your old password but you can request a new one by clicking here .
If you have forgotten the email address you use to access your personal area: for privacy reasons, it is not possible to recover it, but you can proceed with a new registration.
