SUPER IDROBLOCK (GEAL) is a ready-to-use, fast-acting deep water repellent. It is applied on TERRACOTTA, TERRACOTTA, BRICKS and all absorbent stone materials, on cementitious and recomposed artefacts. Being a water-based product it is ideal for water-repellent treatment against rising damp on indoor and outdoor floor and wall surfaces, even if not perfectly dry, where it is not possible use solvent-based siloxane water repellents. Used as a pre-treatment before filling, it facilitates the subsequent removal of the residues of cement, mortar and grout used for installation. SUPER IDROBLOCK contains a mixture of highly reactive modified silanes and siloxanes, which in a few minutes gives the treated material a marked surface water repellency (pearl effect). The complete action Deep water repellent develops over a few days. SUPER IDROBLOCK does not alter the appearance or breathability of the treated material.

SUPER IDROBLOCK can be applied pure on clean, dry or uniformly damp surfaces, with a brush, pad,
spread the liquid, spreading it evenly and removing any excess.
Avoid applying SUPER IDROBLOCK at room temperatures below 10°C or on hot surfaces.
It can also be applied by spraying, using only sprayers, vaporizers or sprayers
manuals, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (aerosol mask). Do not
use compressors.
Wait for the surface to dry completely before applying any protective treatments (PROTECT
/ BASOIL / UNIX - GEAL) or finish (WOPLUS -GEAL).
If it has been used as a pre-treatment before grouting, it is recommended to repeat the application of the
produced after acid washing.
Indicative consumption: 1 litre per 5-10 m2 of surface, depending on the absorbency of the material.
It is recommended to perform a dosage test before application, since the absorption of SUPER
IDROBLOCK depends on the characteristics of the substrate.
