Deterflash (Geal) is used for cleaning porcelain stoneware, ceramics and all hard mineral-based materials: terracotta, stone, marble and recomposed.

Deterflash (Geal) is a concentrated, low-foaming alkaline detergent specifically designed for the degreasing cleaning of glossy, matte, and textured porcelain stoneware, single- and double-fired ceramic tiles, and all surfaces made of compact, mineral-based materials. The synergistic effect of the active ingredients effectively removes dirt embedded in the material's micropores, providing a deep, rapid cleaning action. It removes organic and oily dirt and stains and is ideal for the extraordinary cleaning of surfaces subject to kitchen or workshop grime. Deterflash (Geal) is normally used diluted in water, in varying proportions depending on the amount and type of dirt. Cleaning with Deterflash (Geal) may cause the partial or total removal of any protective products applied to the surface; therefore, its use is not recommended on treated surfaces; instead, neutral detergents such as CB 90 (Geal) or Lindo Sanigen (Geal) are more suitable. Deterflash (Geal) at medium and high concentrations is also effective for the extraordinary cleaning of cement and concrete surfaces and as a light wax remover for all washable, alkali-resistant surfaces. It can therefore be used in the conservative restoration of terracotta, brick, and stone surfaces in general, to remove degraded resin- and wax-based finishing treatments, and as a mild wax remover alternative to Service Alcale (Geal), which presents less danger to the operator and is easier to rinse and remove washing residues, as it does not require acid neutralization.

Deterflash (Geal) is used diluted in water in different proportions depending on the dirt to be removed. For ordinary and frequent cleaning, dilute 100-300 ml in 10 liters of clean water. Pour and spread on the surface to be cleaned, scrub with a cloth or single-brush machine equipped with medium-hard pads. It is not necessary to neutralize or rinse. For extraordinary cleaning, dilute 0.5-1 liter of Deterflash (Geal) in 5-10 liters of clean water. Apply with a single-brush machine equipped with medium-hard pads. Rinse with clean water. As a wax remover, use at a higher concentration (even neat if necessary) using the same methods described above, taking care to rinse thoroughly with clean water.
